The New Stand Opening Manager is responsible for the successful launch of PBC’s new 7 Brew locations. This role oversees vendor setup, new location hiring, equipment ordering, operational systems and community outreach. Reporting to the Director of New Store Openings, this individual ensures that each stand is fully prepared to provide a seamless 7 Brew Experience from day one.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
· Oversee all aspects of new stand setup including vendor coordination, equipment installation, and operational systems.
· Order equipment such as Spectrum kits, Tundra supplies, and iPads.
· Order deposit slips and bags and prepare initial cash drawers.
· Ensure construction completion, including WIFI, digital displays, camera TV, and lighting setup according to the corporate expectations.
· Ensure readiness for health inspections, certificate of occupancy, and compliance with corporate standards.
· Support cross functional training with Operations, Training, and NSO teams to help grow and develop a strong pipeline of future leaders.
· Partner with HR for recruiting and onboarding of new team members.
· Set up and communicate with the corporate team for marketing materials.
· Set up and execute 10,000 drink drops per new location.
· Organize community outreach efforts like donations and events to introduce 7 Brew to the community.
· Execute Swag Day; arranging catering, a DJ, and police for traffic management as needed
· Foster a culture of kindness, energy, and excellence aligned with 7 Brew’s values.
WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
This is a full-time position that requires weekend and evening hours. Hours often exceed 50 hours per week to support new openings.
Frequent and extended travel is required to visit upcoming and new 7 Brew locations across North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Along with periodic travel for training and recruiting outside existing and new store footprint.
Weekend and holiday availability is expected to support operational needs and new stand openings.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
