We're currently hiring Stand Manager and Brewista (Barista) roles in Weaverville, NC. Brewista is the entry point and needs no previous coffee experience, with a clear path up to Shift Lead and Stand Manager.
Brewistas start at $9.75 per hour plus tips, Shift Leads start at $11 per hour plus tips ($13.50 for senior Shift Leads), with additional pay for Stand Managers. Tips are pooled and shared by the team.
No experience is required to start as a Brewista. We train you on everything. What matters is a positive attitude, reliability, and genuinely liking people.
